Plot
In an alternate retro-futuristic 1960s universe (Earth-828), the Fantastic Four are already renowned heroes. Reed Richards and Sue Storm prepare for the arrival of their first child when the Silver Surfer appears, heralding the cosmic destroyer Galactus. As Earth faces annihilation, the team forms uneasy alliances, battles underground with Mole Man’s forces, and races against time to protect the unborn Franklin Richards. The final confrontation sees Sue trapping Galactus in a collapsing portal while the Silver Surfer sacrifices herself to save Johnny Storm and the planet. In the aftermath, the team vanishes into the cosmos to rescue another endangered world, leaving behind a legacy of sacrifice, unity, and hope.
